Telehealth Therapy for Adults in MN, SD, OH, GA & AZ
For thoughtful, sensitive, capable adults navigating complex family dynamics, boundaries, and relationship challenges.
Adult Individual Therapy
-
Anxiety, Overthinking & Self-Doubt
Therapy can help when you spend a lot of time replaying conversations, anticipating other people’s reactions, second-guessing your decisions, or questioning whether you can trust what you feel, notice, or want.
Trauma, PTSD & Difficult Childhood Experiences
Work through the lasting impact of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, instability, abuse, addiction, divorce, parentification, or emotionally unavailable caregivers. Therapy can help you understand what you learned to do to survive and begin responding differently now.
Relationship Issues, Dating & Friendships
Explore patterns of overgiving, difficult or one-sided relationships, trust, communication, boundaries, and self-doubt while building relationships that feel more mutual, secure, and sustainable.
Family Conflict & Changing Family Roles
Work through complicated relationships with parents, siblings, stepparents, in-laws, or extended family while navigating guilt, resentment, obligation, criticism, loyalty, and changing roles within the family.
People-Pleasing, Boundaries & Over-Responsibility
Learn to say no more clearly, overexplain less, tolerate other people’s disappointment, and stop automatically taking responsibility for emotions, problems, and outcomes that are not yours to manage.
Separation, Divorce & Major Life Changes
Navigate relationship uncertainty, separation, divorce, grief, dating again, identity changes, and the process of rebuilding trust in yourself after a major transition.

Adults who tend to overgive, overfunction, people-please, or take on too much responsibility
People who want to trust themselves more and respond differently to old patterns
You do not need to fit perfectly into one category. Our work is tailored to your history, relationships, current needs, and goals.
What Therapy With Me Looks Like
My approach is empathetic, kind, relational, and active in the process.
We may spend time understanding where a pattern came from, but we will also pay attention to what happens when you try to respond differently in real life. That might mean learning to tolerate guilt after setting a boundary, trusting yourself when someone disagrees with you, noticing when you are taking on too much responsibility, or practicing a different way of responding in relationships.
I tailor therapy to your history, needs, and goals rather than using one approach for everyone.
